Premium dark Belgian chocolate with a smooth, rounded and well-balanced cocoa flavour, complemented by a hint of vanilla.
Made primarily from West African cocoa beans, mostly of the Forastero variety.
With reduced fluidity, this chocolate is especially suitable for making chocolate creams, ganaches and mousses.

Uses:
Versatile chocolate. If you wish to use it for decorations or pralines, we recommend adding a little cocoa butter to increase its fluidity.
