These chocolate sticks from Callebaut have an intense chocolate flavor and aroma. Thanks to their composition, they withstand baking temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius without any quality change.

Length: 80 mm

Packaging: 1.6 kg

Suitable uses: Chocolate rolls made from croissant dough (pain au chocolat), recipe found in the cookbook "Modern Vegan Desserts" on page 38.

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. May contain traces of milk and its products.
