Fleur de Cao chocolate offers the best of cocoa beans from Ecuador, Ivory Coast, and the São Tomé and Príncipe archipelago. Key characteristics of this chocolate include an intense cocoa flavor, a delicate floral aroma, and woody tones with hidden undertones of bananas and licorice.
Suitable uses: Thanks to its high cocoa butter content, this chocolate is practically multifunctional. It can be used for pralines, decorations, ganaches, creams, mousses, or glazes.
Recommended pairings: Tonka beans, basil, eucalyptus, passion fruit, black currant, raspberries, raisins, candied orange, calvados, maple syrup, pecans, cocoa beans.
Packaging: 1 kg, small callets
NOTE - The manufacturer supplies the chocolate in 5 kg packages. As this quantity would be too large for most of our customers, we repackage the chocolate into smaller 1 kg packages. Therefore, this Fleur de Cao chocolate will not come in the original packaging from the manufacturer, but in our repackaging.
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. May contain traces of milk and its products. Cocoa components content: 70%, cocoa butter content: 42%.
