Madirofolo chocolate comes from a single plantation in the northern part of Madagascar Island. The entire plantation is surrounded by tamarind trees, which impart a unique flavor to the chocolate, with citrus and woody notes.
Suitable uses: Thanks to its high cocoa butter content, this chocolate is practically multifunctional. It can be used for pralines, decorations, ganaches, creams, mousses, or glazes.
