It is mixed from very high-quality flours—sorghum, buckwheat, rice, etc.—and seeds. It remains moist for up to three days. Bread from this mix can be baked in a home bakery or in a conventional oven.

Quick and easy preparation: Just add water and yeast to the mix, let it rise, and bake.

Our tips for preparation: Bread can be baked in the oven (instructions are on the package) or in a home bakery (on the quick program - 2 hours). The mix can make two loaves in a small bishop's bread mold, or one in a large mold. Baguettes can also be made from the dough (using a baguette mold).

Ingredients: sorghum flour*, corn starch*, buckwheat flour*, corn flour*, buckwheat groats*, potato starch*, brown flaxseed*, sunflower seeds*, rice flour*, edible sea salt, psyllium*, pumpkin seeds*, crushed caraway* *from organic farming

Storage: store at temperatures up to 25°C.
