Ingredients: Organic cornstarch 55%, acidity regulator 22.5% (cream of tartar - potassium tartrate), baking soda 22.5% (sodium bicarbonate - E500).

Dosage: 3 teaspoons (17 g) of powder per 500 g of dry ingredients.

Warning: Allergens: May containtraces of gluten, soy, milk, and sesame.
