Product detailed description

Cake dimensions: 250 x 60 mm
Height: 60 mm
Mould volume: 900 ml

We recommend thoroughly greasing the mould before filling it with batter, especially the insert bar.

The travel cake can be baked in the mould with the lid closed to achieve a perfect rectangular shape or baked without the lid for a more natural dome shape.
