Ingredients: cocoa butter, coconut, sugar, sunflower lecithin.
May contain traces of nuts and sesame.
Applications: You can use this coconut chocolate as a base for delicious creams, ganaches, mousses, or glazes.
When tempering, use the same tempering curve as you would for dark chocolate, maintaining a working temperature of 31°-32°C.
Store in the dark at temperatures of 16°-18°C.
