Ingredients: cocoa butter, sugar, almonds, coffee, sunflower lecithin.
May contain traces of nuts and sesame.
Applications:This purely plant-based coffee chocolate behaves just like dark chocolate. You can use it as a base for delicious creams, ganaches, or mousses.
Tempering curve: Use the same tempering curve as you would for dark chocolate, maintaining a working temperature of 31°-32°C.
Store in the dark at temperatures of 16°-18°C.
