Ingredients: sugar, 37.9% cocoa butter, 14.2% freeze-dried strawberries, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
May contain traces of milk, gluten, nuts, and soy.
Store in a dry and cool place.
Recommended applications: chocolate bonbons, chocolate mousses, ganaches, and creams.
Packaging: The original packaging is sold in a 3 kg variant. Smaller packages are repackaged by us.
