    Valrhona INSPIRATION Framboise is an innovative chocolate (couverture) made from freeze-dried raspberries and is naturally lactose-free. It features an intense flavor and color. The chocolate is made from purely natural substances, thus free of preservatives, artificial colors, and flavors.

    Ingredients: sugar, 35.9% cocoa butter, 11,5% freeze-dried raspberreis, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.

    May contain traces of milk, gluten, nuts, and soy.

    Store in a dry and cool place.

    Recommended applications: chocolate bonbons, chocolate mousses, ganaches, and creams.

    Packaging: The original packaging is sold in a 3 kg variant. Smaller packages are repackaged by us.
