Calming, like a touch of nature and elegance from the heart of Japan. Vegetal notes and subtle bitterness echo the serenity of a Japanese tea ritual, where matcha’s aroma meets gentle sweetness.

Ingredients: sugar, 35 % cocoa butter, 8,1 % green tea, emulsifier: lecithins.

May contain traces of milk, gluten, nuts, and soy.

Store in a dry and cool place.

Recommended applications: chocolate bonbons, chocolate mousses, ganaches, and creams.
