This perforated ring is made from a thermoplastic suitable for baking. Although the material is non-stick, it is advisable to grease it before each baking session for easier removal of the baked shell. The ring is easily cleaned with just hot water after use.
Thanks to the included silicone mould, you can give your tartlet a perfect and elegant appearance.
