A plant-based milk chocolate in which we replaced cow's milk with almonds. Compared to regular milk chocolates, our chocolate has a lower sugar content, giving it a more intense cocoa flavor. This also allows you to better adjust the final sweetness in your recipe.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, defatted ALMONDS, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla powder.

May contain traces of gluten, soy, and nuts.

Packaging: 500 g (block)

Tempering: melt the chocolate to 45-50°C, then cool to 28°C and finally heat to 30-31°C.
