Detailed information

Product detailed description

Properties of Inulin Hot:
Inulin is a low-calorie fiber that adds creaminess to the final dessert. This allows you to reduce the amount of fat in the dessert (or a part of it) and replace it with Inulin Hot. You will achieve a similar dry extract and the same texture on the palate, but with significantly lower calorie content.

Production Process:
Inulin Hot needs to be heated in a liquid to approximately 70°C (158°F), then thoroughly mixed (either on its own or, for example, in combination with chocolate when making cremeux). Ideally, it should be chilled overnight in the refrigerator.

Sweetness:
Inulin Hot has zero sweetness.

50 - 200 grams per kilogram.
