The liquid type of soy lecithin is particularly suitable for Water-in-Oil emulsions (it will also work for the Oil-in-Water process).

Dosage: 0.2-0.5%

Ingredients: Emulsifier Soy Lecithin (E322). May contain traces of eggs, peanuts, milk, nuts, and sesame.
