Pectin Acid Free is a gelling agent that does not require an acidic environment for activation (unlike most other pectins).

It gels best with ingredients rich in calcium. A high amount is not strictly necessary, as a small amount of calcium is already added to the pectin

Product detailed description

Gelling agent for making flans, creams, jellies, glazes.

Use: Mix with sugar and apply by stirring vigorously. Bring to the boil.

Dosage: 0.5% - 2%

Packaging: 50 grams (not in original packaging, repacked by us)

Ingredients: amidated pectin (E440ii), dextrose, calcium sulfate. The product may contain traces of milk and dairy products, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, sesame, celery, mustard, sulfates, and eggs.

Store in a dry place at a temperature of 15-20°C
