Pectin NHX replaces pectin NH. However, our tests show that pectin NHX generally requires a smaller amount—about 30 to 50% less!

We recommend testing your recipes to ensure that parts of your desserts do not become overly gelled.

Ingredients: Thickener: E440ii - amidated pectin, salt, E450i – disodium diphosphate, dextrose, antioxidant: E341iii - tricalcium phosphate.
