The mat is excellent for baking confectionery products, especially macarons. Products do not burn on the mat and can be easily removed from it. You can also use it without any worries for freezing.
Although the mat is sized more for large professional baking trays, you can easily cut it in half to get two mats.
The mat is very easy to clean with just hot water.
