Inaya chocolate will captivate you with its intense cocoa flavor, achieved through a special fermentation process of cocoa beans known as Q fermentation.

Suitable uses: Because this chocolate has a lower cocoa butter content and thus becomes thick when melted, it is not recommended for use in praline shells or chocolate decorations. It is, however, very suitable for recipes involving ganaches, creams, or chocolate mousses.

Recommended pairings: Vanilla, cardamom, coconut, lime, mango, lemon, candied orange, hazelnuts.

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. May contain traces of milk and its products. Cocoa components content: 65%, cocoa butter content: 32%.
