Each type of fruit is grown on high-quality and fertile soils. The fruit is harvested at its peak ripeness. No added colors or preservatives.

Uses of the puree:

  • Ice cream (sorbets, soft serve).
  • Cakes, desserts, jellies, fruit mousses.
  • Fruit drinks, lemonades, cocktails.

What is pasteurization?

  • It is one of the methods of food preservation.
  • Involves briefly raising the temperature to destroy pathogenic organisms.
  • This method is gentle and preserves the unique taste and color of the fruit.
  • Thanks to this method of preservation, the puree can be stored at room temperature before opening.

Ingredients:

  • Apricot puree (90%), sugar (10%), antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid.
