Ingredients: sugar, 35.8% cocoa butter, 21.8% defatted almond flour, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
Recommended applications: pralines (both dipped and molded), chocolate mousses, ganaches, ice creams.
Suitable pairings: violets, rosemary, anise, rhubarb, cherries.
Packaging: The original packaging is sold in a 3 kg variant. We repackage smaller packages.
Amatika 35% has been certified vegan by the Vegetarian Association of France. This certificate guarantees that it contains no animal products and that no such products are used at any stage of production.
