Are you tired of courses where you spend most of the time watching others work? Not here! My classes are highly interactive, and I’ll guide you through every step. While I explain the techniques, you’ll be hands-on, creating every recipe yourself under my supervision.
What you’ll learn:
During the course, we’ll dive into the following areas:
a) Croissant and brioche doughs
- Learn to make multiple recipes using these versatile doughs, including classic croissants, vanilla swirls, and chocolate buns.
b) Tartlets and desserts
- Master both simple and advanced techniques. You’ll learn how to create desserts for home baking as well as professional-quality pastries suitable for patisserie display cases.
c) Alternative recipes
- Explore gluten-free and sugar-free options. With more people avoiding gluten and sugar these days, it’s essential to understand how to substitute these ingredients without compromising on flavour.
Accommodation:
If you act quickly, you can secure one of our cosy rooms located directly above the school (price around 50 Euros / night). This will give you the opportunity to unwind by taking a walk in the surrounding countryside, either in the mornings before class or in the evenings after the course
